GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AT mr-sunglass

 By making a purchase on the MR-SUNGLASS website you are accepting the terms and conditions of use described in this document, declaring that you agree with the general terms and conditions as well as understand the terms and conditions expressed herein, that you are of legal age according to the law applicable in your country, that you regularly attend consultations with your specialist, whether they be an optician or ophthalmologist, and that ophthalmic lenses or contact lenses were prescribed and adaptation was performed by a specialist, meaning MR-SUNGLASS is not liable for the use and/or abuse or undue use of the products acquired.

By placing an order, the client is declaring their desire to purchase goods. All prices published include taxes. MR-SUNGLASS reserves the right to modify its prices, whether due to updates by suppliers, typographical errors, occasional promotions or currency conversion, in addition to the content and portfolio of brands and products in order to update and improve the user experience. The images of products on our website may not correspond exactly with the products delivered to the client. Information about products is provided by the supplier and MR-SUNGLASS is not liable for the information provided. 

To place an order you must register with us. To do this, some sections of information must be completed. You will be responsible for keeping your password and all the data for your account secret. Your password is confidential and should not be shared with third parties so as to prevent said third parties from making purchases in your name. MR-SUNGLASS is not liable for damage caused due to the misuse or loss of your password.

DELIVERY

Delivery time will be between 3 and 10 working days depending on the availability of items. During periods of high demand and depending on whether the supplier needs to manufacture the product, the client may have to wait a further week or more.

Deliveries to the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla will take 3 days longer than the rest of Spain. 

When there is a problem with the product due to stock depletion or any other reason that would cause a delay to delivery time, we will contact and inform the client, who may decide whether or not to continue with the order.

Standard delivery costs will be as follows:

SPAIN

  • Free delivery for purchases over €50
  • Delivery to Spain for orders less than €50 will cost €3.90

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Free delivery for purchases over €100
  • Delivery to the European Union for orders less than €100 will cost €12.10 

REST OF EUROPE

  • Free delivery for purchases over €100
  • Delivery to the rest of Europe for orders less than €100 will cost €12.10 

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Free delivery for purchases over €100
  • Delivery to the rest of the world for orders less than €100 will cost €12.10 

If delivery of the package generates customs costs and/or taxes, these will be at the expense of the client. If the client does not wish to accept responsibility for customs taxes, MR-SUNGLASS will not return the amount paid for the order nor will it be responsible for the package.

In general, all deliveries within Spain and Portugal will be made using Sending and for the rest of the world using TNT or Correos or another similar operator.

CUSTOMS

The majority of countries have customs protocols and the application of taxes on the entry of a product, such as tariffs or other kinds of taxes, meaning we cannot determine the amount as this varies from one country to another. If you are interested in finding out what taxes your purchase may be subject to, we recommend you consult your local authorities. If the entry of the package generates customs costs and taxes, which are in addition to delivery costs, said costs will be at the expense of the client. If the client does not wish to accept responsibility for customs taxes, MR-SUNGLASS will not return the amount paid for the order nor will it be responsible for the package. It is important to specify the correct delivery address and your contact telephone number. Under no circumstances will P.O. boxes be accepted as a valid delivery address.

PRODUCT RETURN

If, after receiving your products, you decide you do not want them and you request their return for a refund (the price of the product plus delivery costs), for whatever reason, you may do so in the following manner: contact us by emailing info@mr-sunglass.com to notify us; we will then send you a form that, duly completed, must be included with the product sent to us.

We want to ensure the product you have purchased in our store always meets your expectations. For this reason, you have 30 days from the moment you receive the order to return the product; with regards to contact lenses and/or liquids, boxes must be unopened and not tampered with for hygiene reasons. Return costs will be at the expense of the client, unless there has been an error on our part.

Once we have received the packaged and verified that the product is in perfect condition (the product as well as its case, box if applicable and all other elements), that there are no signs of it having been duly or unduly used and in the case of contact lenses (and/or maintenance liquids) that the boxes have not be opened or tampered with, we will refund the full amount. Otherwise, we reserve the right to make a partial refund (if the product is not returned in its original packaging the product may suffer a depreciation) or return the product to the client.

LEGAL GUARANTEE FOR THE PRODUCT

Sunglasses and prescription glasses: 2-year guarantee on frames for manufacturing defect. 2-year guarantee for lens manufacturing defects; the guarantee does not cover scratches, whether surface or deep, nor breakages or poor handling. Glasses must be sent to our central warehouse and they will be returned to your address with free delivery. Contact lenses: 100% free change of contact lenses that are defective. In the event of a defective product, MR-SUNGLASS will proceed, when applicable, to repair, substitute, reduce the price or terminate the contract, with these management tasks being free for the consumer and user. The consumer and user must inform MR-SUNGLASS of the lack of compliance within a period of 30 calendar days from receiving the product.

PROMOTIONS

MR-SUNGLASS informs you that promotions may not be used in conjunction with one another. If you have a discount coupon, this may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, meaning you may only use it when no other promotion is applicable. Discount coupons are only issued by MR-SUNGLASS and never by third-party platforms. 

 

LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes or conflicts that may arise as a consequence of the use of the website (www.mr-sunglass.com) will be resolved in accordance with current Spanish legislation, with the user submitting to the jurisdiction and authority of the Courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other venue to which they may be entitled.
