How to return a product
We have a 20-day period during which you may return any product, as long as it does not show any sign of imperfections or damage caused due to use.
Contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us.
Return costs will be at the client’s expense, unless there has been an error with shipping.
You can download the return form in PDF format. This document must be completed and sent with the product, duly packaged so it does not suffer any damage.
We will refund the purchase amount once we have received and verified the product, checking:
- Both the product and its case or box, as well as all other elements that comprise the packaging, are in perfect condition.
- It does not show signs of having been tampered with or used.
- Regarding contact lenses, the boxes have not been tampered with or opened.
Failing this, we reserve the right to make a partial refund, to recondition the product or return the product to the client.
In the event of an error committed by us, get in touch with us by emailing email@example.com to request the collection of the product and an exchange.
If there were costs and duties while sending the packet, these are borne by the customer. If the customer does not want to take over customs fees, MR-Sunglass will not refund or be responsible for the package.
